We aim to have a fair policy for students AND teachers. Due to fact that teachers often have to buy products and prepare items for each student the following policy has been updated.
Client Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels their services, the following terms will apply:
** Cancellation within 7 days of the event: The Arts House will refund the total contract price.
** Cancellation within 72 hours of the event: The client will receive a credit for another class of the same value paid.
** Cancellation within 24 hours of the event: No credit or refund will be provided, unless of serious medical reasons.
