Birthday Party Rentals at The Arts House

Thank you for your interest in hosting your child’s birthday party at The Arts House! We’re excited to help make it a special and memorable day. Below are the details for booking a party with us:

General Information

• Party Duration: All birthday party rentals are for 2 hours, on a Sunday.

• You may arrive 30 minutes early to decorate the space.

• Cleanup: You are responsible for cleaning up after the party. Trash cans are available throughout the studio, and we kindly ask that you take your garbage with you when you leave.

• Facilities: The studio includes bathrooms and will be set up with the required number of tables and chairs before your arrival. Smoking is NOT permitted on the premises. If you do need to smoke, please be sure you are at least 10 meters from the building. Thank you.

Party Options

1. Self-Directed Birthday Party

You host and plan the activities for your party.

• Cost: $50

• Includes:  2-hour rental of the studio space / Setup of tables and chairs

2. Birthday Party with Craft Activity

A fun and creative option led by one of our instructors during the first hour. The second hour is yours for food, cake, presents, etc.

• Base Cost: $150*

• Includes: 2-hour rental of the studio space / One hour of guided art activity with a qualified artist / Setup of tables and chairs / Each child takes home their own artwork /
  A discussion with the instructor ahead of time to choose an appropriate medium (e.g., painting, paper crafts)

*The $150 base rate covers up to 10 children. For each additional child, there is a $15 fee.
This fee helps cover the cost of materials, the artist’s time, and use of the space.
Please note: Craft party availability depends on teacher scheduling and is subject to confirmation for your preferred date.
